We operate as a sliding-scale cash practice, approved for HSA and FSA, and most lab work should be covered by insurance, along with certain diagnostics, medications, and other services. Upon request, we can provide a superbill after your consultation for potential insurance reimbursement. We recommend confirming with your insurance provider about out-of-network coverage to better understand potential reimbursement options. Our goal is to make healing accessible and affordable to everyone.

 

Our fees are structured as follows:

Functional medicine Initial Consultation: $350 for adults and $200 for children 

Functional medicine Follow-Up Visits range from: $200 for adults and $150 for children (plus tax and a transaction fee for credit card payments; fees are waived for cash payments). This fee includes a comprehensive review of your paperwork, any medical records from the past six months, and a detailed consultation. During this time, we’ll develop a personalized plan of care, determine necessary diagnostics, and set a follow-up schedule.
